Sometimes it is the simplicity
of a page that draws you to it. This layout
shows how to create a quick layout that uses
colour to draw the viewers attention to your
photo.
|
|
This layout was created
using
American Crafts Lots A Dots paper,
American Crafts Girly Stripes paper,
green cardstock, purple cardstock, purple ribbon,
miscellaneous stickers and Beary Patch Grape
Curl Alphabet
stickers.
|
|
Use
American Crafts Lots A
Dots paper as your background. This introduces
a range of colours to draw you in as well as
a simple geometric pattern so as you are not
overwhelmed.
|
|
Cut a piece of purple cardstock
measuring approximately 16cm by 17cm. Adhere
towards the top right corner of your page, allowing
the circles to form a frame around it, as shown
in the layout above. Mat your photo with green
cardstock and adhere to the top of your piece
of purple cardstock.
|
|
Place a thin piece of purple
ribbon approximately 10cm long directly underneath
your photo on the left-hand side. Cut a piece
of
American Crafts Girly Stripes paper
measuring approximately 6cm by 1cm and adhere
approximately 3cm under the ribbon. Use Beary
Patch Grape Curl Alphabet stickers to write
your title underneath in the remaining space
and decorate with miscellaneous stickers.
