Flowers, whether they be
stickers, cut-outs or fancy embellishments are
a great way to dress up any layout. I particularly
love flower stickers as there are so many to
choose from and you receive a mixture of shapes
and colours on the one sheet. This page shows
you how to put some of those floral stickers
to use. Have a go and have some fun!
|
|
Cut a piece of red stripe
paper measuring approximately 21cm by 24.5cm.
Ink the edges with brown ink. Adhere to your
background approximately 2.5cm from the top
edge and 1.5cm from the right edge.
|
|
Mat a 5x7 photo with cream
cardstock. Centre at the top of your red stripe
paper and adhere, as shown in the layout above.
|
|
Adhere a vertical 4x6 photo
in the bottom left corner of your page so that
it overlaps your 5x7 photo. It should be approximately
1.5cm from the left edge and 1.7cm from the
bottom edge. Accent with a small flower sticker
in the top left corner of the photo.
|
|
Use alphabet stickers to
add your title below your 5x7 photo, as shown
in the layout above.
|
|
Cut a piece of cream cardstock
measuring approximately 7.5cm by 4cm. Add your
journaling. Ink the edges with brown ink. Adhere
underneath the title to the right of your 4x6
photo, as shown in the layout above. Accent
with a small flower sticker in the top left
corner.
|
|
Arrange your flower and dot
stickers across the bottom right corner of the
page, as shown in the layout above. For extra
depth and to make your flowers stand out more,
you may like to stick them on white cardstock
and cut them out.
|
|
Finally, adhere the remaining
stickers in the top left corner of your 5x7
photo, as shown in the layout above.
